POSTING OF VACANT LOTS FOR SEED REMOVAL
The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby resolves
That the overs, lessees or occupants of any buildings, grounds or lots in the
City of Redlands be and they are hereby req fired to remove dirt, rubbish, weeds
and rank growths from the sidewalks opposite thereto and from the buildings
and grounds; that the whole of the City of Redlands, and all of the buildings,
grounds and lots situate and being within the corporate limits of said City, is
hereby declared to be the district from which such dirt, rubbish, weeds and rank
growth is to be removed; that the Street Superintendent of the City of Redlands,
or s--meone designated by him therefore, shall serve notice of the passage of
this resolution upon the owner, lessees or occupants of the buildings, grounds
or lots from iahich such dirt, rubbish, weeds and rank growths are to be re-
moved as provided in Sections 20, 21, 22 and 23 of Ordinance No. 788 of the City
of Redlands; upon failure to remove such dart, rubbish, weeds and rank growths
within the time limit specified in said notice, the Street Superintendent shall
remove or destroy the same at the expense of such owners lessee or occupant at
a minimum service charge of $1,50 plus the actual cost of cleaning, and the ex-.'<Vj,-5'

thereof shall be charges upon the property, buildings, grounds or lots upon

manner provided in said ordinance.

that the foregoing Resolution No. 863 was duly adopted by the City Council
of the City of Redlands at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day of
