POSTING OF VACANT LOTS FDR KED REZOVAL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EEDIANDS HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the owners, lessees or occupants of any buildings, grounds
or lots in the City of Redlands be and they are hereby required
to remove dirt. rubbish' weeds W rank growth from the sidewalks
opposite thereto and from the buildings and grouada; that the
whole of the City of Redlands, and all of the buildings, grounds
and lots situate and being within the corporate limits of said City,
Is hereby declared to be W district from which such dirt, rubbish,
wead a and rank growth Is to be removed; that the Street Tuperin-
tandent of the City of Redlands, or so ns designated by him there-
for, shall serve nDtice of the passage of this resolution upon the
owner, lessees or occupants of t10 buildings, grounds or lots from
which such dirt, rubbish. weeds and rank growth are to be removed
as provided in Article 581, Red .end Ordinance Code; upon failure
to remove such dirt, rubbish, weeds and rank growths within the
time limit specified in said notice, the Street Superintendent shall
remove or destroy the same at the expense of such owner, lessee or
00svpant at a mininum service charge of $5.00 plus the actual cost
of cleaning. and the expense thereof shall be charEss upon the
property, buildings, grounds or to upon which the work bas Wen
donee and such expense shall be collectible in the manner provided
in said ordinance code.
