A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING A CONTRACTOR LIST PURSUANT TO THE UNIFORM
PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has adopted the California Uniform
Pubhc Construction Cost Accounting Act, as set forth in Chapter 2 16 of the Redlands Mumcipal
Code, for the purpose of soliciting bids for public projects, and
WHEREAS, at least once per calendar year, a list of qualified contractors shall be developed
and maintained by those City departments undertaking pubhc projects in accordance with the
provisions of section 22034 of the Public Contract Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 The adoption of this resolution is exempt from environmental review in
accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to Section
15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines
Section 2 The City of Redlands' Contractor List, prepared pursuant to the Uniform
Public Construction Cost Accounting Act and attached hereto as Exhibit "A," is hereby adopted for
the calendar year 2022
