RESOLUTION CONCERNING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
.AND ARTHUR B. DRAKE AND RUTH SMILEY DRAKE
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands,
California, hereby approves the execution of the Agreement by
the City of Redlands with Arthur B. Drake and Ruth Smiley Drake,
Which said agreement is _attached hereto.
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY APPROVED AND
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor
and/or the City Manager of the City of Redlands are hereby
authorized, empowered and directed to execute said agreement
on behalf of the said City of Redlands.
