A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLAN*DS
AMENDING AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE BOUNDARIES AS PREVIOUSLY
ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO, 2812 ON APRIL 21., 19701
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands has established certain agri-
cultural preserves, and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands is authorized to establish
agricultural preserves pursuant to the California Land Conserva-
tion Act of 1965; and
WHEREAS, the procedural requirements to establish agricul-
tural preserves as required by the Act have been followed; and
WHEREAS, the Land to be included within the Agricultural
Preserves is used for the purpose of producing agricultural com-
modities for commercial purposes and compatible uses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the real property
located in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, as definitively set forth in the amended map
prepared by the Planning Department, and filed on December 5,
1972 in Book 8, Page 66 of Miscellaneous Maps, Document No. 873,
in the San Bernardino County Recorder' s Office, which are incor-
porated by reference herein, is hereby designated and established
as Agricultural Preserves within the meaning of and pursuant to
the Land Conservation Act of 1965, as amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands, State of California, by unanimous vote of the City Coun-
cil this 7th day of November, 1372 .
