A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE BOUNDARIES AS PREVIOUSLY
ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 2999 ON NOVEMBER 7, 1972
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands has established certain agri-
cultural preserves; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands is authorized to establish
agricultural preserves pursuant to the California Land Conserva-
tion Act of 1965; and
WHEREAS, the procedural requirements to establish agri-
cultural preserves as required by the Act have been followed; and
WHEREAS, the land to be included within the Agricultural
Preserves is used for the purpose of producing agricultural com-
modities for commercial purposes and compatible uses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the real property located
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as definitively set forth in the amended map prepared
by the Department of Planning and Community Development, and filed
on . August 9 # 1976, in Book 8 Page 69 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Document No. 1134, in the San Bernardino Co' unty Recorder's
Office, which are incorporated by reference herein, is hereby
designated and established as Agricultural Preserves within the
meaning of and pursuant to the Land Conservation Act of 1965, as
amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Redlands,
State of California, by unanimous vote of the City Council this
3rd day of August, 1976.
