A RESOLU'T'ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANIDS
AMENDING AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE BOUNDARIES AS PREVIOUSLY
ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 3295 ON OCTOBER 19, 1975
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands has established certain agricultural
preserves; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands is authorized to establish agricul-
tural preserves pursuant to the California Land Conservation Act of
1365{ and
WHEREAS, the procedural requirements to establish agricultural
preserves as required by the Act have been followed; and
WHEREAS, the land to be included within the Agricultural Preserves
is used for the purpose of producing agricultural commodities for com-
mercial purposes and compatible uses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the .real property located in
the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as
definitively set forth in the amended map prepared by the Department of
Planning and Community Development, and filed on March 21, 1977
in Book 8 , Page 71 , of Miscellaneous Maps, Document No. 569 ,
in the San Bernardino County Recorder's Office, which is incorporated
by reference herein, is hereby designated and established as Agricultural
Preserves within the meaning of and pursuant to the Land Conservation
.Act of 1965, as amended.
PASSED .AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Redlands,
State of California, by the following vote of the City Council this
15th day of March, 1977 :
AYES : Councilmen Knudsen, Miller, Grace, Elliott; Mayor
