A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE BOUNDARIES AS PREVIOUSLY
ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 3840.
AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE REMOVAL NO. 55
WHEREAS , the City of Redlands has established certain agricultural
preserves; and
WHEREAS , the City of Redlands is authorized to establish agricul-
tural preserves pursuant to the California Land Conservation Act of
1965 ; and
WHEREAS , land to be included within the Agricultural Preserves is
used for the purpose of producing agricultural commodities for commer-
cial purposes and compatible uses ; and
WHEREAS , Resolution No. 3649 , adopted by the City Council of the
City of Redlands on February 19 , 1980 , establishes policy criteria for
removal of lands from within the Agricultural Preserves ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the real property located in
the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California , as
definitely set forth in the amended map prepared by the Department of
Planning and Community Development and filed on May 26 , 1983 ,
in Book 9 , Page 1 , of Miscellaneous Maps, Document No. 83-116032
in the San Bernardino County Recorder' s Office , which is incorporated
by reference herein , is hereby designated and established as Agricul-
tural Preserves within the meaning of and pursuant to the Land Conserva-
tion Act of 1965 , as amended.
Parcel identified by July, 1982 , San Bernardino County Assessor' s
Parcel No. 174-192-02 is therefore deleted from Agricultural Preserve
as established by Resolution No. 3840.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Redlands,
State of California, by the following vote this 17th day of May, 1983 ,
AYES : Councilmembers Gorman , DeMirjyn , Johnson, and Martinez ;
Mayor Roth
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
