A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AMENDING AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE BOUNDAIRES
AS PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 3528
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands has established certain agricultural
preserves; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands is authorized to establish agricul-
tural preserves pursuant to the California Land Conservation Act of
1965; and
WHEREAS , land to be included within the Agricultural Preserves is
used for the purpose of producing agricultural commodities for commer-
cial purposes and compatible uses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the real property located in
the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as
definitively set forth in the amended map prepared by the Department of
Planning and Community Development, and filed on December IS_, .1978
in Book 8 , Page 83 , of Miscellaneous Maps, Document No. 1076, in
the San Bernardino County Recorder' s Office, which is incorporated by
reference herein, is hereby designated and established as Agricultural
Preserves within the meaning of and pursuant to the Land Conservation
Act of 1965, as amended.
Parcels identified by July, 1978 , San Bernardino County Assessor' s
Parcel Numbers 168-291-02, 167-101-06, and 167-101-03 are therefore
deleted from the Agricultural Preserve as established by Resolution
No. 3528.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Redlands ,
State of California, by the following vote of the City Council of the
City of Redlands, this 3rd day of October, 1978.
