A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
PROVIDING FOR AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON ALL ACCOUNTS HELD
WITH UNION BANK, N A AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO 8222
WHEREAS, Umon Bank, N A is the authorized depository of City funds, and
WHEREAS, Umon Bank, N A requires a resolution by the City Council of the City of
Redlands authorizing designated account signers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. The following City Officers and staff shall be the authorized signers on
all City accounts, warrants, checks or orders with Union Bank,N A
• Robert Dawes, City Treasurer
• Damelle Garcia, Management Services/Finance Director
• James Garland, Assistant Finance Director
• Aimee Hoover, Revenue Supervisor
Section 2 That Resolution No 8222 is herebyrescinded
