A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE BOUNDARIES AS PREVIOUSLY
ES'T'ABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 3278 ON AUGUST 3, 1976
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands has established certain agricul-
tural preserves; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands is authorized to establish agri-
cultural preserves pursuant to the California Land conservation Act
of 1965; and
WHEREAS, the procedural requirements to establish agricultural
preserves as required by the Act have been followed; and
WHEREAS, the land to be included within the Agricultural Pre-
serves is used for the purpose of producing agricultural commodities
for commercial purposes and compatible uses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the real property located
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as definitively set forth in the amended reap prepared by the Depart-
ment of Planning and Community Development, and filed on October 25,
1976, in Book 8 Page 70 of Miscellaneous Maps, Document No.
680 , in the San Bernardino County Recorder' s Office, which is in--
corporated by reference herein, is hereby designated and established
as Agricultural Preserves within the meaning of and pursuant to the
Land Conservation Act of 1965, as amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Redlands,
State of California, by the following vote of the City Council this
19th day of October, 1976:
AYES : Councilmen Knudsen, Diller, Elliott, Mayor DeMiryn
NOES : None
ABSENT: Councilwoman Grace
