A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE BOUNDARIES AS PREVIOUSLY
ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 3597
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands has established certain agri-
cultural preserves; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands is authorized to establish
agricultural preserves pursuant to the California Land Conserva-
tion Act of 1965; and
WHEREAS, land to be included within the Agricultural Preserves
is used for the purpose of producing agricultural commodities for
commercial purposes and compatible uses:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the real property located
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of Cali-
fornia, as definitively set forth in the amended map prepared by
the Department of Planning and Community Development, and filed on
September 10, 1979 in Book 8 , Page 89 , of Miscellaneous Maps,
Document No. 822 in the San Bernardino Count; Recorder' s
Office, which is incorporated by reference herein, is hereby desig-
nated and established as Agricultural Preserves within the meaning
of and pursuant to the Land Conservation Act of 1965, as amended.
Parcels identified by July, 1978, San Bernardino County Asses-
sor ' s Parcel Numbers 168-051-04 and 168-051-05 are therefore
deleted from Agricultural Preserve as established by Resolution No.
3597.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS, State of California, by the following vote of the City
Council of the City of Redlands, this 4th day of September, 1979,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers DeMirjyn, Elliott, Riordan;
Mayor Martines
NOES- None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councils ember Knudse
