A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE BOUNDARIES AS PREVIOUSLY
ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 3592
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands has established certain agricul-
tural preserves; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands is authorized to establish agri-
cultural preserves pursuant to the California Land Conservation Act
of 19657 and
WHEREAS, land to be included within the Agricultural Preserves
is used for the purpose of producing agricultural commodities for
commercial purposes and compatible uses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the real property located
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of Cali-
fornia, as definitively set forth in the amended map prepared by
the Department of Planning and Community Development, and filed on
..July 16, 1979 in Book 8 , Page 3 88 , of Miscellaneous Maps,
Document No. 1 in the San Bernardino County Recorder 's office,
which is incorporated by reference herein, is hereby designated and
established as Agricultural Preserves within the meaning of and
pursuant to the Land Conservation Act of 1965, as amended.
Parcel identified by July, 1978, San Bernardino County Asses-
sorts Parcel Numbers 168-051-13 and 168-051-14 are therefore
deleted from the Agricultural Preserve as established by Resolution
No. 3592.
PASSED AND AD0PTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS,
State of California, by the following vote of the City Council of
the City of Redlands, this 3rd day of July, 1979, by the following
vote-
AYES: Councilmembers Knudsen, DeMirjyn, Elliott, Riordan;
Mayor Martinez
