A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS ESTABLISHING POLICY CRITERIA FOR REMOVAL
OF LANDS FROM WITHIN THE AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands hereby finds and determines that the following
conditions shall be found to exist prior to any consideration for
removal of land from the Agricultural Preserve:
1. Applicant shall be the legal owner of record.
2 . Land requested to be removed from the Preserve must
abut a developed zone other than agricultural . The
term developed includes a recorded subdivision or
finalized application as defined in Ordinance No.
1000 as amended.
3 . Application is in conformity with the Redlands '
General Plan.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day July, 1977.
