A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO COOPERATE AND PARTICIPATE IN THE
CONTINUING PLANNING EFFORTS OF THE AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands
as follows:
The City Council intends to cooperate and participate in
the continuing planning efforts of the Air Quality Management
Plan during its development and implementation. Furthermore,
the City of Redlands will cooperate and participate in the
development of reasonable transportation control measures which
will be developed during the planning period.
The intent of this Resolution is to be supportive of the
provisions of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1977 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day-of September, 1979.

I, Peggy A. Moseley, City Clerk of the City of Redlands, do
hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution was duly
passed and adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of September, 1979, by the following
vote:
AYES : Councilmembers DeMirjyn, Elliott, Riordan; Mayor
Martinez
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Knudsen
