RESOLVED, That the public,;(�nr
terest and convenience require, and
that it is the intention of the Board
of Trustees of the City of Redlands
to order the following work to be
done, and improvement to be made,
to-wit;
That the roadway of the alley in
Block B, Subdivision of Block
XXVPII of Redlands, as per plat
recorded in Book 4 of Alaps, page 2
San Bernardino County Records,
California, from the east line , of
Sixth Street to the northerly line,:of
East Olive Avenue, where not al-
rrady under contract to be paved,"be

The said Board of Trustees also
determines and declares that serial
bonds hearing interest at the rate
of seven per cent per annum shall
be issued to represent each assess-
ment of $25.00 or more remaining
unpaid, for thirty, days ;after'' the
(late of the warrant as to said work.
Said serial'bonds shall extend over
a period of nine years from the sec-
ond day of January next .succeeding-
the 15th day of the Next November
following their date. Payments on
the principal of unpaid assessments
and interest shall be made' by prop-
erty owners to the CityTreasurer
and the -same shall be, disbursed by
him, all as provided in and by the
Improvement Act of 1911, so-called.
The principal and interest of said
bonds shall be payable in the man-
ner and as provided by said Act.
Notice is hereby given that on the
;5th day of November, 19;0, at 2
a'cloek p. m., in the Council Cham-
ber of said Board, any and alll per-
having any objections ti the
propo ed work or improvement may
appear before said Board, and show*
cause why said work or improve-
ment should not be carried out in
accordance with this resolution.
The City Clerk is hereby directed
to publish this resolution twice in
the manner required by law, in the
,Redlands Dally Facts, a daily news-
paper published and circulated in
said city, hereby designated for that
purpose.
The Superintendent of Streets of
sald city is hereby directed to post
1 notices of the passage of this rpso-
lotion in the time, form, manner
and as required by the said "Im-
provement Act of 1971."
I hereby certify that the fore-oinx
resolution was passed by said Board
of Trustees on October 15, 1930, at a
regular meeting thereof, by the
unanimous vote of said board.
