RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Redlands
that that portion of the alley extending northexly and southerly
thioupgh BlocSANof Bennett ' s Subdivision which Atinds
northerly from the southerly line of Lots Two (2) and Thirty-
five (35) to the Lincoln School lot; also thit certain alley
extindin g easterly and westerly poral lel to and adjoining the
north line of Lot Thirty-give (05) of said Bennett' s Subdivision
from Taxers Street to the westerly line of Lot Two (2) of said
Block "A" of Bennett' s Subdivision, be, aid the same Is hereby
closed, vacated and abandoned.
IT IS FURT]HER RESOLVED that it appearing to the Board of
Trustees of said City that there axe no costs, damages or
expenses occasioned by, axising out of the closing of said
street, as aforesaid, and that no assessment is neceasary to per
any costs, damages or expanses for the same; therefore no
coo mmissionere are pppointed to assess the benefW or damages
for said work, or to have supervision thereof ,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of said City, at a regular
mceting then of, W4 on the ...... day of . 1925;
