The City Council of the City of Redlands ordains and
resolves as follows :
SECTION ONE** The City Coixioil of the City of Redlands
having elected to proceed undor Pa:,`t 3,
Ghapter 2 of the Streets and Oighways Code of tho State of Cala f-
or-nia, and having heIrl a public �becring iaz' pro4 ridf:,d therein,
findo from all the evid,t,.mce aubruitted that, alloy detqc.,x-ibed
this resolution is unnecessary for present or prospective public
street purposes.
SECTION TWO: Thia City Council hereby orders the vacation
of an alley West of Road Street, described ao follows;
All of that alley West of Bond Street in Elm Tract
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per plat recorded in Book IS
of Maps, page 29, records of said county, more
particularly described aq follows:
That strip of land 1.9 feet 'wide lying adjacent to and
South of Lots 89 9, 10, 11 and 1 o said tract.
