The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby resolves as foil*Vs a
SECTION ONE: The City Cecil of the City of Redlands hereby elects to
proceed air the provisions of Division 9, Fart 3, Chapter 2 of the Streets and
Highmqs Code of the State of Californiaand to vacate a certain alley in the
mamer provided therein.
SECTION TWO: This City Council does hereby declare that it is the intention
of this City Council to order the vacation of all of a certain alley in the City
of Redlands City of San. Bernardino, State of Californias, described as followst
All that alley in the City of Redlande, County of San
Bernardino, Stag of California big 1.3 feet in nth
and ung between Lot 7 and Lots 2, 2 and 3 of the
celsior Traot as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Kqm,,
page 4.0 thereof, extending froz the weterly line of
80 foot wide Cajon Street to the westerly line of Lot 7
ex .
SECTION TELE: The Caueil hereby determines that the vacation of the alb
described herein is reVired by public interest, cam nience,, saf'e'ty and welfare.
SECTION FOM: A map setting out the particulars of the proposed alley
vacation shell be on ,file In the office of the City Clerk and available for
inspection by Interested perm.
SECTION FMs The City Council hereby fres the time and date and place
of Public Rearing of all eatters concerning the above described proposed alley
closiags and the time at Vhich any permm or agent; should present present: ary
objections to the afWesaid alley vacation, at 70D P.M. on the 7th day of
February# 6I, In the regular meeting place of the City Council in the City
Hall, Rad3ands, California.
