Resolved by the board of t rustees of t he City of Redlands that
it is the intetti.on of said board to order the closing of that certain
alley in Central Townsite described a s follows:-
Being an alley in bt ock "C" of Central Townsite lying imediately
south of lotI3 19 sxai 2a in said blocklaccording to a map of said
townsite of record in the 'offci.e of the county recorder of San
Bernardino County,Cdifom ia,and beL ng .'ifteen feet in width and ex-
tending the full "length of said lott.
That said board dee is it necessary to take all of said alleyway
for such closing and intends to take the same therefor.
That the exterior boupdaries of the district of lands hereby
declared to be affected and benefittbd by such closing,and to be
assessed to "pay the damages,costs and expenses thereof are described
as follows:- Beginning 'l the northwest corner of said lot A09 /7,
thence south to the southwest corner of lot ., 7 of said block C;
thence east to the southeast corner of lot .3 -Z in said block;thence
north to the northeast corner of said lot 19;thence west to the place
of beg inning,excepting therefrom said alleyway eAO& tsI �

m,mner rand form required by law,notice of the passage of this resoluw
tion;and the said street supers ntendent is hereby directed to cause
noticep of tree passage of this resolution to be posted in the manuvr
and forte required by law,and to clause a notice,siwilar in substance
to be published in said newspaper for a period of ten days in the
manner required by law.
