WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands did on the
21st day of July, 1933, duly pass and adopt Resolution of Intention,
Resolution No. 741, de�c.l.aring the intention of said City Counol to
order the closing uta of that certain fifteen ( 16) foot alley, being
between Lots 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44 on the°` nor°th side, and Lots
33, 34, 35, 36, 37 a nci 38 on the south side, said. alley being In
Tract No. 1082, Crescent heights Subdivision, as per plat recora.ed
In Book 2B of` daps, at Page 73., records of the County Recorder of
Sara, Bernardino County, California, reserving nowever, an easement
over said alley unto the City of Redlands, for sanitary sewers, gas
.limes and water lines purposes, also power and tel .phone lines.
WHERENS, notices of liaprovement, stating the fact of the passage
of said hesolut-lon, its ;-ate, and the work and improvement proposed,
and referring to said Resolution of Intention for further particulars,
have been published and posted in the ruanner provided by law, and
the: said City Council have acquired jurisdiction to order said work
to be done,
NOW, THS,- t.KFORE, be it resolved that the City €ouncil of the
City of Redlands does hereby order the closing up of that ce ar°tain
fifteen ( 16) forst alley , being between. Lots 39, 40, 41., 42, 43 and
44 on the north aide and sots 33, 34, 3 i, 36, 37 and 38 on the south
side, said alley being in Tract Pio, 1.982, Crescent Heights Subdivision,
as per plat recorded in Rook 28 oaf` Maps, at Page 73, records of the
Country Recorder of San Bernardino County, California, reserving how-
ever, an easement overs ;aid alley unto the City of Redlands, for

BE IT FURTHER tSOLVED that no assessment is necessary to pa.y.
