HomeMy WebLinkAbout779_CCv0001.pdf RESOLTUTIOh' NO. 779 ORDERING TI-2 WORK OF CLOSING AN ALLEY-91-'ff IN THE EXCELSIOR TRACT IN REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA V WHEREAS, the City Council of City of Redlands did on the 19th day Of April, 1955, duly pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. 779 declaring the intention of said City Council to order the closing of an alleyway in the City of Redlands, further described as follows: All that alley lying between Lot 21 and Lots 4, 5, and 6 and extending froT.-i the east line of Fourth Street to the east line produced for Lot 21 as shown on Map of the Excelsior Tract recorded In Book 5 of Maps, page 40, records of San Bernardino County, California. (The Alley to be closed being a parcel 13 feet in width by 160 feet in length.) AND WHEREAS, Notices of Improvement.) stating ti-ie fact of. the passage of said resolution, its date, and the work and improvement propo—sed., and referring to said Resolution of Intention f or further particulars, have been puLished and posted inthe manner reqiilred and provided by law, and the said City Council have acquired 'Jurisdiction to order said work to be done. THEREFORE he i.t. reso 'n,,ed that the City ,if tj-�e c lRe,dlands does hereby order the closing up of that alleyway in the Excelsior Tract as hereinabove described. BE IT FURTnY-R RESOLVED that no assessment is necessary to pay the dar.-niages, costs and expenses of said work and improvement. I hereby approve the foregoing resolution this 19th day of April, 1955. L/John H.
