R�nOLUTION ORD=NG THE vTORK DON:
CLOSING OF PORTION OF ALLEY IN PORTION LOT 8, PARK ADDITION
VaM&AS, the City Council of the City of Redlands did on the 7th day of
December, 1954, duly pass and adopt Resolution of Intention, Resolution No. 771,
declaring; the intention of said City Council to order the closing of a portion
of Alleyway within. Park Addition in the City of Redlands as shown on map recor-
dad in Book 15 of Maps, Page 61 thereof, records of San Bernardino County, Calif-
ornia, and described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwast corner of Lot 8 of said Park Addition; thence
south 25 feet; thence east lO feet; thence north 25 Peet; thence west 10 feet to
point of beginning.
WHM AS, notices of Improvement, stating the fact of the passage of said
Resolution, its date, and the work and improvement proposed, and referring to said
Resolution. of Intention for further particulars, have been published and posted
in the manner provided by law, and the said City Council have acquired jurisdiction
to order ,said work to be done..
NO'd, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Redlands
does hereby order this closing of the above described portion of an alleyway with-
in lark Addition in the City of Red1nnds.
BE Il'' i?URF 1R RESOLVED that no assessment is necessary to pay the dmiages,
ebsts and expenses of said work and improvement.
I HER 3Y G TIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the Cipy Council
the City of Redlands, at a regular meeting. thereof, held on the A/ day of
1955, by the .following vote, to-wit:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of

THE CITY COUNCIL has fixed the time and date and places of Public
Hearing of all matters concerning the above described into.—tion to

or agent should present any objection to the aforesaid closing at
