A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
PROVIDING FOR AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON ALL ACCOUNTS HELD WITH
UNION BANK, N A AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO 7678
WHEREAS, Union Bank, N A is the authorized depository of City funds, and
WHEREAS, Union Bank, N A requires a resolution by the City Council of the City of
Redlands authorizing designated account signers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 The following City Officers and staff shall be the authorized signers on all
City accounts, warrants, checks or orders with Union Bank, N A
• Robert Dawes, City Treasurer
• Danielle Garcia, Management Services/Finance Director
• Farrah Jenner, Assistant Finance Director
Section 2 That Resolution No 7678 is hereby rescinded
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1st day of September, 2020
