RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS GW-sNTING TO HOWARD AMBULANCE SERVICEt 3180 15TH STREET,
RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, A FRANCHISE TO OPERATE AUTHORIZED EMER-
GENCY AMBULANCE VEHICLES OVER, ALONG, AND UPON THE STREETS OF THE
CITY OF REDLAINDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLA1NIDS DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION ONE: Under the provisions of Section two,
Ordinance No. 1418 of the City of Redlands, the, City Council
hereby grants to:
Howard Ambulance Service
3180 15t-h Street
Riverside, California
a franchise to operate authorized emergency ambulance vehicles over,
along, and upon the streets of the City of Redlands, California.
SECTION TWO: The term of this franchise shall he for a
period of five (5) years , commencing October 13 , 1970 , and ter-
minating on October 12, 1975,
SECTION TERSE: The rules and regulations prescribed in
Ordinance No. 1416 shall govern the operationof the franchise.
SECTION FOUR: The granting of this franchise is con-
ditional upon lio-aard Ambulance Service filing within ten (10) days ,
with the City Clerk, City of Redlands , a written acceptance thereof,
and an agreement to comply with the terms and conditions of
Ordinance No. 1418.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVBD this 13th day of October,
1970 .
