A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING AMBULANCE RATES TO BE CHARGED WITHIN THE
CITY OF REDLANDS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3710
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS :
SECTION ONE: Under the provisions of Section 6 , Ordinance
No. 1418 , of the City of Redlands, the City Council of the City
of Redlands hereby prescribes the following rates for ambulance
service within the City of Redlands:
SECTION TWO: Rates prescribed for each ambulance used in
response to a call :

Two patients (each) 60 . 13
Three patients (each) 54 . 34
Four patients (each) 50 . 94
Mileage, one way, per mile
(from pickup point to hospital) 5 . 25 *
Emergency run charge (additional) 16 . 50 *
Night call - 7 :00 p.m. to 7 :00 a.m.
(additional) 11. 50 *
Oxygen (per tank or part of tank) 8 . 80 **
Oxygen mask 3 . 00 **
Waiting time over 15 minutes
(each 15 minutes) 8 .25 **
Resuscitation 25. 00 **
CPR 35.00 **
EKG by radio with pads 29 . 50 **
Wheelchair patient 16 . 05
Two wheelchair patients 12 . 83
Three wheelchair patients 10 . 16

Cases requiring special handling or special services
requested by the patient or his representative shall
be subject to a charge commensurate with the special
service.
* Charged for use of each ambulance, regardless of
number of patients transported.
** Charged to patient requiring this service.
SECTION THREE: The rates established by this resolution
will be effective September 22 , 1982 .
SECTION FOUR: A copy of this resolution will be posted
in a conspicuous place within each ambulance.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of September, 1982.
