A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE AGENCY 'S RULES OF
PROCEDURE TO PROVIDE FOR REGULAR MEETINGS AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 162
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands that Article III, Section 1, of the
Rules of Procedure for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands be amended to read as follows:
Section 1. Regular Meetings.
Regular meetings of the Agency shall be held on the first
and third Tuesdays of each month at 3: 00 P.M. or as soon
immediately thereafter as City Council business permits .
If such a day is a legal holiday, such meeting shall be
held as designated by the Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this proposed amendment has been
filed with the Agency secretary and read in open meeting at least
once month prior to its adoption.
ADOPTED this 19th day of April, "1111983 .
