A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE AGENCY' S RULES OF
PROCEDURE TO PROVIDE FOR ONE REGULAR MEETING EVERY ODD
NUMBERED MONTH
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Director of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands that Article III , Section 1, of the
Rules of Procedure for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands be amended to read as follows :
Section 1. Regular meeting.
Regular meetings of the Agency shall be held on
the first Tuesday of every odd numbered month at
4 : 00 P.M. or as soon immediately thereafter as
City Council business permits . If the first
Tuesday of the odd numbered month is a legal
holiday, the regular meeting shall be held as
designated by the Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this proposed amendment has been
filed with the Agency secretary and read in open meeting at least
one month prior to its adoption.
ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1981 .

MEMORANDUM
TO: BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
FROM: COUNSEL
RE: AGENCY MEETING SCHEDULE
At your request we have reviewed the Rules of Procedure
for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands to deter-
mine whether the Agency Board could meet less frequently than
at present, at least until business picks up. Article III,
Section 1 now requires that the Agency Board meet on the lst
and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 4 : 30 p .m. , so you have been
correct in scheduling such meetings . Assuming that you would
like to meet less frequently, and perhaps once a month unless
special circumstances warrant , we have prepared the enclosed
resolution which would amend your Rules of Procedure accord-
ingly. A simple majority vote of the whole Agency Board
pursuant to the procedures set forth in the draft resolution
will suffice to amend the Rules.

Please note that this Resolution must be read at an
Agency Board meeting at least one month prior to the
day it is adopted by the Agency Board. This is re-
quired by Article V of the Agency' s Rules of Procedure .
Therefore, if it is read at the next Agency Board
meeting, it cannot be adopted until the second Agency
Board meeting in December .
