A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6248 TO ASSIGN A NEW AMERICANS WITH
DISABILITY ACT COORDINATOR FOR THE CITY OF REDLANDS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands adopted Resolution No.
6248 on February 3, 2004, establishing a grievance procedure for complaints relating to
the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and assigned Bill Hemsley as the ADA
Coordinator; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Hemsley has since left the employ of the City and it is now the
desire of the City Council to amend Resolution No. 6248 to designate a new ADA
Coordinator;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS that Resolution No. 6248 is hereby amended to replace Bill Hemsley
with Eric Week as the City's ADA Coordinator.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 51h day of February, 2008.
