A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DLANDS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6248 TO ASSIGN A NEW AMERICANS WITH
DISABILITY ACT COORDINATOR FOR THE CITY OF REDLANDS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands adopted Resolution No. 6248 on
February 3, 2004, establishing a grievance procedure for complaints relating to the Americans
with Disability Act(ADA) and most recently had assigned Eric Week as the ADA Coordinator;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Week has since left the employ of the City and it is now the desire of
the City Council to amend Resolution No. 6248 to designate a new ADA Coordinator and a new
address and telephone contact number for the City's ADA coordinator;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Redlands as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 6248 is hereby amended to substitute the following contact
information for the filing of discrimination complaints:
