A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ABANDONING ANNEXATION NO. 75 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
(LAFCO NO. 2594)
WHEREAS, the Local AgeDcy Formation Commission of the County of
San Bernardino adopted its Resolution No. 2264 on June 20, 1990,
making determinations and approving the proposed annexation to the
City of Redlands of territory described in Exhibit A attached hereto
and by this reference incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, the public hearing by this City Council was called for
and held upon the date and at the time and place specified in a
proper notice of public hearing and in orders or orders continuing
such hearing; and
WHEREAS, at such hearing, this City Council heard and received
all oral and written protests; the City Council cons-*Ldere,6 al .3 1,1z:r.E
and proposed changes of organization and reorganization, objections
and evidence which were made, presented, or filed; it received
evidence as to whether the territory is inhabited and uninhabited,
improved or unimproved; and all persons present were given an
opportunity to hear and be heard in respect to any matter relating to
said application, in evidence presented at the hearing;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands found and
determined that the value of written protests filed and not withdrawn
was more than 50 percent of the registered voters residing within the
territory proposed to be annexed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Redlands hereby orders the abandonment and termination of
proceedings of Annexation No. 75 (LAFCO No. 2594) pursuant to the
Cortese/Knox Local Government Reorganization Act (Government Code
Section 56000) .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of September, 1990 .

Beginning at the intersection of the north south centerline
of Section 21, T. I.S. , R. 3W.S . B.M. with the centerline line
of Lugonia Avenue; thence west along last said line to its
intersection with the southerly prolongation of the East line
of Lot 6 of block 6 of H. L. Williams Tract as recorded in
Book 11 of Maps, Page 17 in the office of the County Recorder
County of San Bernardino, State of California; thence
northerly along said southerly prolongation of East line of
Lot 6 and northerly along the East line of said Lot 6 to the
