This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the Agreement for the Provision of
Pretreatment Program Revision and Local Limit Study Consulting ("Agreement") dated March
17, 2020 ("Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"),
and Krieger & Stewart, Incorporated, a California corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered
into this 15t11 day of February, 2022
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend Article 4 2 of their existing
Agreement to extend the date foi termination of the Services to February 28, 2023,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Article 4 of the Agreement, entitled "Performance of Services" is hereby
amended to read as follows
"4 2 Consultant shall complete the Services by February 28, 2023, unless the Services are
terminated earlier as provided foi herein "
Section 2 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this
Second Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be
effective as of February 15, 2022
