SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk of the City of Redl&rlds is hereby authorized aild
directed to cause a copy of this reaolution to be published at least twioe� but not
oftener than anoa s, weak, in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspapar of general circ la-
tion puUished in said City of Redlandsi the city to whiolh it is proposed to annex
the aforesaid territory, and a'-so in the Sa--a Bernardino Eveninga nera
paper of general circulation published o-atside the City of Redlands t but in the County
of San Bernardinov California, the county in which is locatod t territory proposed
to be annexed to the City of Redlands, zaid publication to complete al,; least twenty
(20) days prior to the date set for hearing;
And the said City Clerk is further authorized and directed too oause, written no-
tice of such proposed annexation to be mailed to each person to rhom land within the
territory proposed to be annexed is assessed in the last equalized cotinty assessment
r 11 available on the date the above said proceedings were initiated, at thcl addresses
shown on said assessment roll or known to said Clerkp and to any person who has --A-'iled
his name and add:--.�ess and the designation of the lands in whic;h he has an ini"erest-9
