OF REDLANDS TO INITIATE ON ITS OW14 MOTION PRWEEDINGS TO ANNEX
CERTAIN TERRITOIRvf
BE IT RESOLVIED BY 7THE' COU.NGIL OF THE CITY OF DLANDS:
1. That the Council of the City of Redlands proposes to initiate
on Its own motion proceedings to amnez to the City of Redlands all of
the ter rltory hereinafter described, consisting of non-contiguoug
torrIfor y not exceeding one hundred acres in accordance with Section
35201.5 of the Government Code of the State of CalifoynW
2, That the terrItory uhich the Council proposes to annex is
hereby identi fled as Wanexation 190 and consists of all that non-
coatiguous real property used to municipal purposes and situate ±P.

follows:
Beginning at the southwest conner of Lot 70, Tract 2959
as recorded in Map Book 41, Page 51 of Map* of an Bernar-

of the Government Code.
