RESOLUTION DECLARING THE MENTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS TO 1NITIATE ON 1TS OWN MOTION PROCEEDINGS TO AgNE-'�-
CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY 1N ANNEXATION NO, 30
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TnE CITY OP RSDLANDS �
I . That the Council of the oc
hCity of Redlands, On its Own motion,
ereby initiates preedings to annex to the City of Redlands all
Of the territory described herein, as uninhabited territory, in
accordance with the Annexation of Uninhabited TerritOry Act of
1939, as provided in Sections 35300 to 35325 of the Government Code
of the tate SoE CaMornia ,
2 . That this City Council 's reasons for initiating said
annexation proceedings are as Eollowsg the

water drainage, sanitary sewer design, use of land in conformity
with the overall plan of the City and the Zone of influence granted
to the City of Redlands by the o
Lcal Agency Formation Commission of
the County of San Bernardino kn December 1966 .
3 . That the territory which the Council intends to annex is
heraby designated "Annexation No. 30" and includes all of that real
property situate in the County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described an Exhihit A attached hereto and shown on the map attache
d
hereto as Exhibit B.
4. That the City Manager of the City of Redlands is hereby
directed to file with the Local Agency Formation COMMission of the
County Of San Bernardino, State Of California, this resolution that
Proceedings have been initiated to annex the hereinahove described
uninhabited territory to the City of Redlands, to request a report:
by the COmmission provided for in Section 35002 of the Government
Code, and to submit and execute such other Wlications and reports
as may be required by law in such annexation proceeding .
