This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement to perform condition, seismic,
and structural assessment for the City of Redlands' water facilities infrastructure ("Agreement"),
dated March 16, 2021, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general
law city ("City"), and Richard Brady & Associates, Inc , a California corporation ("Consultant"),
is made and entered into this 15th day of March, 2022
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement
to extend the time for completion of the services to July 31, 2022,
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledge City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Section 4 2 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"4 2 The Services shall commence on the Effective Date of this Agreement, and Consultant
shall complete the Services on or before July 31, 2022, unless the Services are terminated
earlier as provided for herein "
Section 2 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of March 15, 2022
