BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDLANDS AND THE REDLANDS ASSOCIATION OF
DEPARTMENT DIRECTORS (RADD)
On December 5, 2017 the City Council approved a Memorandum of Understanding
between the City of Redlands ("the City") and the Redlands Association of Department Directors
("RADD"), effective July 1, 2018 — June 30, 2023
This side letter agreement between the City of Redlands ("the City") and the Redlands
Association of Department Directors ("RADD") is hereby entered into this 15th day of March,
2022 The parties agree to the following
Commencing March 21, 2022, Chief Sessler shall have up to and including the date of
August 31, 2023, to decrease his accrued unused hours of leave ("Director's Accumulated Leave"),
as of the commencement date, to nine hundred (900) hours or less In the event Chief Sessler's
leave balance is in excess of 900 hours as of September 1, 2023, Chief Sessler will no longer accrue
leave until his balance is below 900 hours
