HomeMy WebLinkAboutContracts & Agreements_26A-2022SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for professional planning consulting services to prepare the 6th Cycle Housing Element Update dated July 21, 2020 ("Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Michael Baker International, Inc , a Pennsylvania corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 1st day of March, 2022 RECITALS WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement, specifically the project schedule to extend the completion date, NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge City and Consultant agree as follows AGREEMENT Section 1 The project schedule contained within Exhibit "B" of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety, and substituted with a new project schedule in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "1 " Section 2 Section 4 2 of the Agreement, titled, "Performance of Services" is hereby amended to read as follows.
