RESOLUTTON OF THE CITY OF RlBLANDS , CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZINC THE
SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THROUGH
THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION FOR FUNDS TO PREPARE A MASTER PLAN
FOR REDLANDS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPART-
MENT STAFF TO SUPPLY FORCE ACCOUNT WORK .
BE IT RESOLVED, by the members of the City Council of the City of
Redlands , California , as Follows :
Section 1 . That the City of Redlands shall submit an application to
the United States of America through the Federal Aviation Administration
for funds to prepare a master plan for Redlands Municipal Airport pur -
suant to the F .A . A . ' s Planning Grant Program for Airports , and.
Section 2 . That the City of Redlands shall authorize force account labor
depending on the need and on the availability of staff in the preparation
of the master plan .
