vM'IMAS, the City of Redlands has purchased certain land
suitable for an arviory site =aithin the city lin-aits, and whereas
this City is desirous of leasing to acres of the said land to
the California National Guard, to be used for an Ami ory,
NOW, IMUMEF02Z BE IT REST140 that this City shall enter
into a long terra lease agreeruent- with the California National
Guard, wherein the hereinafter described real property shall
be used -for a, National Gua-rd Armory site, and that this City
enter into negotiations with the National Guard accordingly.
`'hat the real property proposed to be leased as aforesaid is
described as followst
A parcel of land situated in the City of Redlands, County
of San Bernardino , State of California, and being more
particularly described as follows.-
BeginninL>, at the southeast corner of the east j of the
east 1 of the north of Lot 28 of Barton Ranch as same
is recorded in Book of maps at Page 19 thereof -
Records of San Bernardino County, California - said
point of beginning also being on the west line of Texas
Street , City of Redlands.
