C+, G, SMITH, being duly sworn, deposes that at all times herein
named she was and now is the principal clerk of the printer and
publisher of the REDLANDS DAILY FACTS, a newspaper regularly
printed, published and circulated in said County of San Bernardino,
State of California and as such clerk she has charge of all the legal
notices and advertisements in said newspaper; and said REDLANDS
DAILY FACTS is, and was at all times mentioned in this affi-
davit, a newspaper of general circulation, published for the dissemi-
nation of 'local and telegraphic news and intelligence of a general
character, having a bona fide subscription list of paying subscribers,
and was not devoted to the interest nor published for the entertain-
ment of any particular class, profession, trade, calling, race or de-
nomination, or any member thereof; and that at all said times said
newspaper had been established, printed and published in the City Notice ofFiling, Asg-1
