WHEREAS, a resolut-ion of intention, hereinafter more particU-
larly described, fixed a t=ime and place in Which to deter-mine
whet mer Pudic convenience and necessit-y reqaire work proposed by
said resolution, and f"urther fixed at the same time and Place a
concurrent public hearing in Vhich to hear protests to said pro-
posed work or to the extent of said assessment district; and
