Mayor Banch called the special meeting to order and explained that comments could be presented
in -person, via Zoom, via cell phone or landline He offered the public an opportunity to provide
comment on any item on the agenda for the closed session

RECONVENE CITY COUNCIL MEETING
The meeting reconvened at 7 48 P M
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Manager Duggan announced that during closed session, the City Council unanimously selected a
candidate for the position of City Attorney, and directed staff to move forward with the hiring
process, including the development of an employment agreement to be brought to a future City
Council meeting during open session
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further action required the meeting adjourned at 7 50 P M
