RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS ADOPTING MAP DESCRIBING PROPOSED
BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT AND ORDERING
FILING OF MAP
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 91-1
WHEREAS, the City Council (the "City Council") of the
City of Redlands (the "City") , has initiated proceedings pursuant
to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 , Division 12 of the
Streets and Highways Code, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915,
Division 10 of said Code, for the purpose of establishing an
assessment district, including portions of the City which will
benefit from the construction of public improvements to be financed
with the proceeds of bonds to be issued pursuant to the Improvement
Bond Act of 1915 ; and
WHEREAS, prior to the hearing on the formation of the
proposed assessment district, the City Council must describe the
boundaries of the proposed assessment district by adopting a map
which shall indicate by a boundary line the extent of the territory
included therein and the Assessment Engineer for the Assessment
District has prepared such a map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council approves and adopts the map
entitled "Proposed Boundaries of Assessment District No. 91-1, City
of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, " as the
map of the proposed boundaries of the assessment district and
orders that such map shall govern for all details as to the extent
of the assessment district.
Section 2 . The City Clerk shall file the original of
such map in her office, and within fifteen (15) days after the
adoption of the resolution fixing the time and place of the hearing
on the formation or extent of the assessment district and in no
event later than fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, shall
file a copy thereof with the County Recorder of the County of San
Bernardino.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 31st day of March,
1992 .

City Council of the City of Redlands at an adjourned regular
meeting thereof held on the 31st day of March, 1992 , by the
following vote, to wit:

NOES: Councilmembers Cunningham, Foster
