RESOLUTION NO. 6237 A M E N D I N G i Instrument No. 92-151790 Instrument No. 92-237796 Docunients Rccording Cover- Page RESOLUTION NO. 6237 CITY OF REDLANDS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 91-1 RESOLUTION ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands (the "City") adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 4815 on November 12, 1991 proposing to form an assessment district to be known as the "City of Redlands Assessment District No. 91-1," which resolution was amended on April 21, 1992 pursuant to Resolution No. 4869 ("Assessment District 91-1"); and WHEREAS, the City Council has decided to abandon the proceedings in Assessment District No. 91-1 solely with respect to Benefit Zone "B2"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redlands, as follows: Section 1. The City Council finds and determines that the foregoing recitals are true and correct. Section 2. Pursuant to Section 3117 of the California Streets and Highways Code, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified copy of this resolution of abandonment with the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino. Pursuant to Section 3117, the County Recorder is to index this Resolution in the book containing the index of the maps of assessment and community facilities districts. As further specified by said Section 3117, the following information pertains to this abandonment of proceedings: (a) The date of this resolution of abandonment is January 6, 2004. (b) The date of the original resolution of intention is November 12, 1991, as amended by resolution adopted April 21, 1992. (c) The boundary map for the City of Redlands Assessment District No. 91-1, County of San Bernardino, State of California, was filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino on April 9, 1992 in Book 65 of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts at page 3, and as Instrument No. 92-151790 and the assessment diagram for the City of Redlands Assessment District No. 91-1, County of San Bernardino, State of California, was filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino on June 5, 1992 in Book 65 of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts at page 37, and as Instrument No. 92-237796.
