A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING COMPENSATION FOR THE ELECTIVE OFFICE OF THE CITY
TREASURER AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO 7176
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 36517 provides that the compensation for the
elective office of the City Treasurer shall be fixed by ordinance or resolution, and
WHEREAS, by the adoption of this resolution, it is the desire of this City Council to
establish the salary and benefits approved for the elective office of the City Treasurer as of
May 2, 2022,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redlands
as follows
Section 1 The monthly compensation for the elective office of the City Treasurer shall
be Fourteen Hundred Dollars ($1,400)
Section 2 Resolution No 7176 is hereby rescinded
