A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 5047 TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF AUTHORIZED
POSITIONS TO INCLUDE A CITY ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, the City supports the effort to become less dependent on contract legal
services by hiring an in-house City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does hereby
resolve that the total number of authorized positions for the City of Redlands will
increase from 403 to 404 to include a full time City Attorney.

POSITIONS
City Attorney 1 Flat Rate 7475 monthly
