A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AUTHORIZING
SIGNATORIES FOR MERCHANT PROCESSING SERVICES WITH DHARMA
MERCHANT SERVICES
WHEREAS, merchant processing services are required in order to facilitate the City's
acceptance of debit and credit cards in support of the Convention Force event management and
reservation system; and
WHEREAS, Dharma Merchant Services requires a resolution by the City Council of the
City of Redlands authorizing designated account signatories;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following City staff shall be the authorized signatories for the merchant
services account with Dharma Merchant Services:
Tina T. Kundig, Finance Director
Thomas M. Steele, Assistant Finance Director
Karin A. Grance, Revenue Manager
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of November, 2014.

I, Sam Irwin, City Clerk of the City of Redlands, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18`" day of
