RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE IDENTIFICATION OF APPLICANTS FOR EMPLOY-
MENT BY THE CITY OF REDLAADS .
WHEREAS, the Federal Bureau of Investigation cooperates with the
City of Redlands in investigative and identification procedures,
including the processing of fingerprints ; and
WHEREAS , the Federal Bureau of Investigation has requested the
City to adopt a resolution or ordinance requiring that employees
shall be fingerprinted as a pre-requisite to the processing of
such fingerprints by the Pederal Bureau of Investigation;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED;
1. That the procedure for the identification of any applicant
for employment or person recently employed by the City of Redlands,
shall include the taking of his fingerprints .
2. That any applicant for employment or person recently employed by
the City of Redlands shall have fingerprints taken in accordance
with the requirements of the Pederal Bureau of Investigation.
