RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
PROVIDING G FOR AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON ALL ACCOUNTS HELD
TII BANK OF AMERICA AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.6813
WHEREAS,Bank of America is the authorized depository of City s:and
WHEREAS, Bank of America requires a resolution by the City Council of the City of
Redlands authorizing designated account signers, and
AREAS,Bank of America requires the list of City authorized signers be updated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL€ F THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following City Officers and staff shall be the authorized signers on all City
accounts,wanants,and checks with Bank of America:
Robert Dawes,City Treasurer
Tina T.Kundig,Finance Director
Thomas M. Steele,Assistant Finance Director
Darin A.Grance,Revenue Manager
Section 2. That Resolution.No. 6813 is herby rescinded.
ADOPTED,SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of December,2012.
